A Powerful Presence. A Genuine Connection.

I've worn many hats throughout my life. Communicator. Educator. Entrepreneur. Mother. Speaker. Facilitator. Seeker.

Today, my work takes me from corporate boardrooms to international retreats, from keynote stages to transformational experiences. The settings may be different, but my purpose remains the same: to help people recognize their own wisdom, strengthen their confidence, and discover what's possible.

I believe we all carry extraordinary gifts and potential within us. Sometimes, we simply need an invitation to recognize them.

A Journey I Never Could Have Imagined

My journey hasn't followed a conventional path. And I wouldn't change a thing.

I began my professional life in radio and television, earned a master's degree in health education, and spent some of the most meaningful years of my life raising my two daughters.

I was capable, determined, and exceptionally good at getting things done.

But there was something I hadn't yet learned: how to truly listen to myself.

In 2016, while visiting the ancient Mayan ruins of Cobá, Mexico, I experienced what I can only describe as a profound spiritual awakening.

It changed the direction of my life.

I love sharing the story of what happened in Cobá, but some stories are simply better told over a cup of tea. Perhaps one day we'll share one.

That experience set me on a path of self-discovery that would lead me to become a Warrior Goddess Facilitator and Master Firewalk Instructor, and eventually guide others through extraordinary transformational experiences, including international retreats with rare, private access to hidden spaces beneath the ancient pyramids of Teotihuacán.

And what I discovered along the way was both simple and profound.

The wisdom, the power, and the knowing I had been searching for were within me all along. I simply needed to learn to trust them.

I didn't lose the strong, capable woman I'd always been. I discovered there was so much more to her.

The Power Was Always Within

One of the greatest lessons of my journey is that we don't need someone else to give us our power. We need opportunities to recognize it, trust it, and put it into action.

That belief is at the heart of everything I do.

Whether I'm helping executives communicate with greater influence, guiding someone across hot coals, or facilitating a retreat, my intention is the same: to create experiences where people feel seen, supported, and invited to discover more of what they're capable of.

I don't believe transformation comes from telling people who they should become. I believe it begins when they recognize more of who they already are.

I don't create your potential. I help you recognize it, activate it, and put it into action.

I've had the privilege of facilitating hundreds of corporate workshops, delivering keynotes, guiding thousands of people across 1,800-degree coals, and leading transformational experiences around the world.

My corporate work has included leaders and teams from Google, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Delta Air Lines, General Motors, Air France, KLM, SkyTeam, and China Airlines, including its president.

Beyond the corporate world, I've spent years creating spaces for women to reconnect with their strength and explore new possibilities. I've developed my own firewalk instructor certification and led three weeklong retreats in Teotihuacán, Mexico, incorporating experiential practices and Toltec teachings.

My professional foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, a Master of Science in Education, and extensive training and certifications in executive coaching, facilitation, and transformational practices.

What I love most is bringing these worlds together.

The practical and the profound. The strategic and the intuitive.

Because meaningful growth isn't limited to one setting, one methodology, or one kind of person.

My entrepreneurial journey has allowed me to bring my experience and passions into several different arenas.

As Founder of Executive Training Authority, I develop experiential leadership and communication programs that help professionals strengthen their presence, influence, and effectiveness.

As Chief Communications Officer at Integrity SIG, I apply my communication, leadership, and business development expertise to support businesses to grow and expand with digital business solutions.

Through transFIREmation, I bring the power of firewalking and other experiential practices to individuals, teams, and aspiring facilitators.

With Sacred Seeker, I create opportunities for personal discovery, empowerment, and transformational growth.

I also co-founded The Collective Journey, helping entrepreneurs develop practical business skills in marketing, lead generation, CRM systems, funnels, and automation.

While these ventures may appear different on the surface, they share a common purpose: helping people recognize their capacity and take meaningful action.

Always the Teacher. Always the Student.

One of the things I often share when leading a group is that I'm not only the teacher. I'm also the student.

And I plan to always be.

Every room I enter and every person I meet offers an opportunity to learn something new.

I've learned from executives, entrepreneurs, spiritual masters, retreat participants, my daughters, and people whose paths have crossed mine for only a moment.

My role isn't to stand above anyone with all the answers. It's to bring my experience, create meaningful opportunities for discovery, and remain open to what others have to teach me.

I am the teacher. And I am also the student. I will never stop being both.

Beyond the Stage

Away from the stage, I'm a wife, a mother to two incredible daughters, an adventurer, and a creator at heart.

My family is at the center of the life I love, and sharing it with my husband, who is also my best friend, makes this chapter especially meaningful.

I love traveling, not simply to see new places, but to experience people within their cultures. Some of my favorite memories have been made around dinner tables, sharing stories, laughter, and meaningful connections.

I feel most alive racing down a mountain on skis. There's something about the freedom and exhilaration of those moments that makes me feel deeply connected to the Divine.

I also love creating beautiful, welcoming spaces. I've personally tiled all seven bathrooms and both kitchens in my home, along with countless other projects.

My home, The Sanctuary, is also where I welcome people for retreats and gatherings. Every detail reflects the physical work, care, and intention I've poured into creating a space where people feel safe, comfortable, and at home.

And a few things you might not expect?

I'm a sharpshooter. And some of my absolute favorite moments are spent laughing uncontrollably with my daughters over the silliest things imaginable.

Sometimes I look around at the life I'm living, the people I share it with, and the work I get to do, and can hardly believe the path that brought me here.

And I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Still Becoming

If my journey has taught me anything, it's that we are never finished becoming.

There is always more to discover, more to experience, more to learn, and more within ourselves waiting to be recognized.

I'm deeply grateful for the life I've created, the people who share it with me, and the opportunities I've had to do work that matters.

And I'm genuinely excited about what comes next.

Because I believe the possibilities are far greater than we can imagine.
